1. Membership

Registration is confirmed once the first payment is received. Places in a group are held only while a membership remains active.

2. Packages and payment

Standard memberships at all Champions locations are sold as packages of 12 training sessions. Elite memberships are billed monthly and renew on the 22nd of each month. Payments are due before the first session of a new cycle.

3. Attendance

Attendance is recorded by the assigned coach at each session. A session marked as attended counts against the 12-session package. Elite members have unlimited attendance within an active monthly cycle.

4. Missed sessions

Sessions missed without at least 24 hours' notice are counted as used. Make-up sessions may be offered at the academy's discretion and subject to group capacity.

5. Conduct

Players and guardians are expected to treat coaches, teammates, opponents and facilities with respect. The academy may suspend membership for repeated misconduct.

6. Health and safety

Guardians must disclose any medical condition relevant to physical activity. Players train at their own risk; the academy maintains standard duty of care and first-aid provision.

7. Media

The academy may photograph or film sessions and events for promotional use. Guardians may opt out in writing at any time.

8. Changes

Schedules, coaches and venues may change with reasonable notice. Fees are reviewed annually.
